Getting Your Kids in Shape with the Spinner

Sunday, February 19th, 2012

The Wizzy Dizzy was introduced by the Australian toymaker Freckled frog as a toy that will revolutionize the lifestyle of kids. As the saying goes, “teach em when they are young and when they grow old they won’t depart from it”, the spinner tries to teach kids how to enjoy physical exercise.

It was developed to help in hand-eye cordination, essential for accurate manipulation in the future, as well as to get kids outside jumping and having fun as they should. In this way, they get to enjoy the outdoors, and this therefore sets a pattern for the future as with some encouragement, they will be active and choose other activities that keep them in this state.

You can find more information on the spinner, as well as order it online directly from the freckled frog website; freckledfrog.com.au, and of course do not forget to read the reviews as well as post the the experience you and you kids had because of the spinner.

How to Find a Good Marriage Counselor

Wednesday, February 8th, 2012

If you and your spouse are looking for a good marriage counselor then you should take note of some considerations before making the decision. Some of the things that you need to know include years of experience, credentials such as academic degree and of course, the fee for every session. You should also feel comfortable and connected with your therapist in order to facilitate a smooth process of healing and restoration for the marriage. Scouting the yellow pages is one way to find counselors that specialize in relationships. You can also ask your physician or minister if they can refer a reputable counselor. But the most effective way of finding a good counselor is through referrals by friends or relatives that have already tried counseling. They can tell you if they were successfully guided in saving the marriage and restoring it back to life and romantic love. It is also important that both the spouses are active participants in the selection process.

Knowing That We Should Start Again

Thursday, February 2nd, 2012

I just printed out my arizona divorce documents online, and while it’s a very difficult process, it’s comforting to know that there are viable online outlets that will help me through it. The last thing that I want to be doing right now is filtering through papers and PDF files online in a frustrating manner, trying hopelessly to find the ones that suit me properly. This is not a task that sounds particularly appetizing at the moment. So, I always have to thank the online outlets that help me through processes like this. My wife, soon to be ex-wife and I have hit the wall, and though we still love and respect each other in a way, we know that we could never work out as a couple. I think that it actually takes two mature adults to really come to this conclusion and embrace it, and to know when it’s time to start over.

Didn’t They Have Roller Skates?

Saturday, January 28th, 2012

fat tuesday is march 8 but mardi gras celebrations are already well ...One of my favorite memories of my daughter’s early years is the day she wanted me to roller skate with her and I told her that I had never learned how. She promptly turned to me and asked “Why Mommy? Didn’t they have roller skates when you were a little girl?” I’ve reminded her of that comment throughout the years and we have laughed about it each time. The other day she was helping me clean out a closet and we came across some boxes of mementos from my teenage years. When she came across an old masquerade mask she couldn’t believe that I had once attended the Mardi Gras celebrations in New Orleans. I had to dig around and find photos to prove my attendance. She was shocked to me and my best friend laughing with dozens of strands of beads around our necks. Apparently I wasn’t supposed to have a life before getting married and having children.

For your child to begin understanding the concept of having manners, he or she should read stories of good manners.
